PreparationPour the contents of the product in a plate and heat for 2 minutes in a microwave oven or immerse the package in hot water at 60 °C for 8 minutes. Do not heat the packaging in the microwave oven directly.
Preservation modalitiesNo preservatives, artificial colours or additives. Store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days.

Quinoa is a pseudo cereal called "the mother of all seeds" by the Incas for its high nutritional properties: it has a high content of essential amino acids, fiber and minerals such as iron, phosphorus and magnesium. Moreover, it is rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, and it is an easily digestible food since it does not contain gluten.

Mackerel is an oily fish with an high content of omega 3, an essential fatty acid that is useful for the body since it reduces the cholesterol levels in the blood; its fishing has a reduced environmental impact and its consumption exposes us to a lower risk of toxicity coming from heavy metal contamination.
